  Walked into the shop and it smelt like rotten milk wanted to throw up from the smell. everything was dirty, the cold plates were disgusting and not cleaned off, my son couldn't get a sorbet because of allergies and cross contamination, they didn't even clean the spoons off. Absolutely disgusted with cleanliness.

  Good ice cream, good shakes, okay customer service.
  
  However, I must point out that their ignorance in general housekeeping. Witnessed 2 people slipped on the floor within a span of 15 minutes. One of it is my daughter! And sad thing is they just look and don’t even bother to at least put up a Wet Floor sign. Floor was wet and shoes marks all over.
  Please do not ignore this. I hope this will not happen to anyone. Or lawful action will be taken.

  Food was fantastic, however the store needed a major detail clean!! Floor was almost black, ice cream spills on nearly every surface, the aircon vents overhanging food looked like they were about to fall not to mention full of dust.. workers had lovely customers skills but the store presentation let it down, McDonalds storers are cleaner, was lunchtime on a Saturday, can understand being busy and grubby kids with shoes, hands ect & spilling ice cream but none of the mess looked like it just happened today either, definitely needs a good scrub otherwise 5 stars.
  
  Reading a few other reviews, Cold Rock HQ obviously don’t give a flying F judging by other reply’s

  Brought my kids over a few days ago to Cold Rock Glenelg, and it was absolutely wonderful! Staff were welcoming and lovely, and they had a great variety of flavours and mix-ins. Prices were fair as well. Kids loved it just as much as I did. Highly recommend it to any new customers!

  Great customer service and good prices and only about 20m off the beach
