  Person above says be a pity small business close. Once small business were friendly cheerful people. The sooner this one changes hands the better ..Very bad customer service.I was looking for a lock part. And woman was standing nearly touching me.I asked her would she like to see if piece fitted with my lock. I was searched on way out and Ive been told not welcome in store again. All I wanted was a handle.which would have sufficed. He said it would not work as they were different designs.But pieces were similar. He took out my hands and escorted me from shop

  Seem to be a few staff here but they still manage poor service. They overcharged me on a product and when I took it back for a refund there was a long wait while one person did the check out and another stood around twiddling his thumbs. After I got my refund there was an brief apology given about the wait, no other apology about being over charged and no offer of a discount or scanned wrong get it free policy was offered. I would like to support the small store but these experiences certainly make it hard to do that. Unfortunately not my first negative experience at this store.
